Island Brewing Company is a family-owned and operated brewery that has carved out a special place in the hearts of the local community of St. Augustine, Trinidad. Our story begins as part of T&T Restaurant and Bar which is a known family-friendly neighbourhood establishment in operation for the past 35 years. Facing challenges to find a consistent supply of varying beer styles, Island Brewing Company was formed in 2016 to offer a diverse selection of handcrafted beers that cater to a wide range of tastes. From crisp lagers to hoppy pale ales and rich stouts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Beyond its exceptional brews, Island Brewing Company prides itself on more than just a place to enjoy a pint; it is a vital part of the community fabric, bringing people together over shared stories and a love for craft beer.
